ESA Outlines Regulatory Hurdles and Policy Recommendations In Minnesota Storage Study Comments

ESA submitted informal comments on Minnesota’s Energy Storage Cost-Benefit Analysis Study (required by the 2019 Omnibus Jobs and Energy Bill) outlining the regulatory hurdles facing energy storage in Minnesota and policy recommendations for overcoming those hurdles. ESA also reiterates the need for inclusion of a statewide energy deployment scenario. This is the third and final round of comments on the study, and is in response to a webinar on October 25, 2019 that discussed the final results of the study.
