ESA Seeks Fair Rates for DER Storage Providing Wholesale Service
Today ESA will file a complaint at FERC in Docket No. ER 19-2505 regarding proposed changes to SCE’s Wholesale Distribution Access Tariff (WDAT). Specifically, ESA seeks to ensure cost-causation principles are reflected in the demand charges applied to wholesale charging of energy storage connected to SCE’s distribution system.
