Federal Guidance on the Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce
This March 28 Department of Homeland Security advisory classifies workers in the energy sector as essential to continued infrastructure viability. Note that state and local determinations may differ and supersede such federal guidance, such as this Santa Clara County California ordinance, which appears to confirm energy storage as essential services.
