LS Power Energizes Largest Battery Storage Project in the World, The 250 MW Gateway Project in California
LS Power today unveiled the largest battery energy storage project in the world – Gateway Energy Storage. The 250 megawatt (MW) Gateway project, located in the East Otay Mesa community in San Diego County, California, enhances grid reliability and reduces customer energy costs. In doing so, Gateway provides a valuable resource for energy consumers, utilities and other load servers across California.
