Black Hills Colorado Electric, LLC 2019 RFP to be Released December 13, 2019
Renewable Advantage involves a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) pursuant to the requirements of the Commission’s rules. The RFP will be released to bidders on December 13, 2019. Before that release, on December 6, 2019, the Company will host a pre-bid conference at the Company’s office in Denver, Colorado. At the pre-bid conference, bidders will have the opportunity to ask questions about the RFP. After the pre-bid conference, the Company will email to all prospective bidders a summary of the pre-bid conference. After release of the RFP, the Company will accept bids until 4 p.m. Mountain Time on February 15, 2020.
