Comments on Maryland’s PC 44 Energy Storage Working Group
ESA will file opening comments today in response to a request for comments on the Proof of Regulatory Concept program proposal submitted by the Energy Storage Working Group. ESA helped craft the proposal through the PC 44 Energy Storage Working Group over the past year. In our comments, ESA makes the case for why the program is a critical next step for the State of Maryland to unlock the value of energy storage by facilitating multiple application and multiple ownership models.
