ESA Comments on How to Better Enable Hybrid Generation Resources to Participate in MISO Markets
ESA submitted comments on 10/1/2020 in response to MISO’s Markets Subcommittee’s questions on hybrid generation resources (Issue Tracking ID#: IR086). ESA specifically commented on the definition of hybrid resources, the market enhancements that would better enable hybrid resources to participate in MISO markets, and the unique characteristics of hybrid resources that should be recognized in markets.
