ESA Presses for Storage ITC in Comments to Senate Finance Committee Task Force on Energy
Today ESA filed comments with the Senate Finance Committee’s Energy Task Forcerequesting inclusion of energy storage in current or future energy investment tax credits. In the letter, ESA draws attention to the Energy Storage Tax Incentive and Deployment Act and other bills that would create eligibility of storage for tax credits as a standalone asset, as well as a previous letter of support by ESA and other clean energy organizations.
