ESA Requests to Appear at June 2019 USTR Hearing on Sec 301 Tariffs
ESA filed a request to appear at a hearing convened by the U.S. Trade Representative to receive input on proposed tariffs on Chinese goods. ESA plans to express opposition to inclusion of lithium-ion batteries and containers in the proposed tariff list in the most recent Sec 301 trade action.
