ESA to Testify in Support of Energy Storage Language in Maryland Commission’s Interconnection Rulemaking
ESA will testify today in the MD PSC’s distribution interconnection rulemaking (RM 68) that was opened up to review proposed energy storage language. ESA’s comments, filed in advance of the RM 68 hearing, are available at the link below. ESA’s comments reiterate our support of the proposed revisions that we have worked with the other stakeholders in the PC 44 Interconnection Workgroup to reach consensus on over the past two years (see Phase II Final Report for additional background. These include: “proposed use,” “net system capacity,” and inadvertent export.)
